I was born and raised in the West Midlands (Worcestershire) I have been working in the Indian catering food industries since I was a student at college. Food is something we can’t live without which made me made me move into catering, especially the spice industry and the flavours of rich aromas. I have worked for well established Indian cuisine in the west Midlands, the south-east coast of England and more recently in south Wales. I have owned successful Indian restaurant's in south Wales and the valleys. Islam and I have been working together in the Indian food industry for a few years when we decided that our dream was to work on our own project together and that’s how this came into being. After many hurdles and struggle we have finally managed to get the doors open for business, we hope you like what we have created. Welcome Everyone.History about the business:The building was transformed in 1941 as a business premises for the expanding town centre retail sector of Commercial Street. Having been closed and largely derelict for the past 3 years, The buildings owners had a long tradition as a family run business and was initially reluctant to lease or rent to anybody. As the building is right in front of us friends and family were very keen to put their energy into the business. So they approached the landlords family asking them to allow them to take the business on the lease base. As you can see we were successful and have taken great delight to reconstruct a brand new restaurant in the heart an area that’s fast becoming a gastronomes paradise. We hope you enjoy dining in a building that was a delight to transform. A modern atmosphere for a new generation.
